Celestial Dawn (TSB-3 foil) is an enchantment from the Time Spiral Timeshifted set that forces lands you control to be Plains and makes nonland permanents and relevant spells you control white. It changes how you may spend mana by allowing white mana to act as any color while restricting other mana to be spent only as colorless, which alters casting and activation options. This card fundamentally shifts a deck’s color base and interactions by recoloring many cards you own that are not on the battlefield and by modifying mana-payment rules while it’s on the battlefield.
