Queen of Ice // Rage of Winter (ELD 61, Foil) is an Adventure card from Throne of Eldraine with a 2/3 Blue Human Noble Wizard creature and a {1}{U} sorcery Adventure. The creature taps any creature it deals combat damage to and that creature doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step. The Adventure, Rage of Winter, taps a target creature and causes it not to untap during its controller's next untap step and then exiles the card so you may cast the creature later from exile.
