Opportunistic Dragon (ELD-133) is a rare Dragon creature card. When it enters the battlefield, it can gain control of an opponent's Human or artifact, stripping that permanent of its abilities and preventing it from attacking or blocking while the Dragon remains. The control effect only ends if the Dragon leaves the battlefield and continues even if another player later gains control of the stolen permanent.
