The instant side, Mesmeric Glare, counters a target spell with mana value 3 or less and then exiles the card, allowing you to later cast Hypnotic Sprite from exile as a creature with flying. The creature side is a 2/1 Faerie with flying that you can cast normally or after resolving the adventure.
