Folio of Fancies (ELD 343, foil) is a rare artifact from Throne of Eldraine. It sets players’ maximum hand size to unlimited and has two activated abilities: {X}{X}, {T} to let each player draw X cards, and {2}{U}, {T} to mill each opponent for the number of cards in their hand. The card can enable large-card-draw turns or a repeatable mill effect and requires tapping (and appropriate mana) to activate its modes, so it often supports combo or control strategies that can untap or capitalize on extra card draw or opponent hand sizes.
