Wishclaw Talisman (PELD-110p) is an artifact promo that serves as a card-finding resource. It enters with three wish counters and you may pay 1 and tap to remove a counter during your turn to search your library for a card and put it into your hand, after which an opponent gains control of the artifact. Once all wish counters are gone it stays on the battlefield but its ability can no longer be activated, creating a persistent timing and control tradeoff.
