It has reach and haste and its attack-triggered ability exiles the top card of the defending player's library when they have more cards in hand, allowing you to cast that exiled card and spend mana as though it were any color for that casting. The effect can be used across turns after attacking with a Rogue and works even if Robber of the Rich leaves combat or the battlefield after triggering.
