The creature side is a 5/5 Beast Noble that can't attack unless you control a 1/1 creature, while the Adventure side creates a 1/1 white Human token and exiles the card so you may cast the creature later from exile. The card functions in decks as both a cheap token generator early and a midgame creature that benefits decks that can produce or already run 1/1 creatures.
