Pyxis of Pandemonium (THS 220) is a rare Artifact from the Theros expansion. It can tap to exile the top card of each player's library face down and has a paid, tapped, sacrifice ability that turns those cards face up and puts any permanents among them onto the battlefield. Exiled cards remain bound to that specific artifact, so if the Pyxis that exiled them leaves the battlefield those cards cannot later be accessed by a different Pyxis.
