It has menace and an enter-the-battlefield trigger that makes a targeted opponent look at the top three cards of your library and divide them into a face-down pile and a face-up pile, with you choosing one pile to put into your hand and the other into your graveyard. As a colored B/U four-mana legendary, it can slot into graveyard-focused or value-oriented control and advisor-themed decks.
