Thassa's Oracle (PTHB-73p foil) is a creature — Merfolk Wizard from the Theros Beyond Death Promos set. When it enters the battlefield you look at the top X cards of your library, where X is your devotion to blue, put up to one on top and the rest on the bottom in a random order, and if X is at least your library size you win the game. It is commonly used as an immediate win condition in decks that can reduce library size or maximize blue devotion.
