Thassa's Oracle (PTHB-73p) is a rare Creature — Merfolk Wizard from the Theros Beyond Death Promos set. When it enters the battlefield you look at the top X cards of your library where X is your devotion to blue and may put one on top while the rest go to the bottom; if X is at least your library size you win the game. It commonly functions as a combo finish by pairing with effects that reduce or empty your library or increase blue devotion to achieve the win condition.
