Waylaying Pirates (LCI-85) is a common blue Creature — Human Pirate from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan. When it enters the battlefield, if you control an artifact you may tap target artifact or creature an opponent controls and put a stun counter on it, which prevents untapping by removing counters instead. It provides a tempo-disruption role by both tapping and imposing a delayed untap restriction on an opponent's permanent.
