Wail of the Forgotten (LCI 244, foil) is a rare sorcery from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan in blue and black. It has Descend 8 and lets you choose one of three modes: return a nonland permanent to its owner's hand, force an opponent to discard a card, or look at the top three cards of your library and put one into your hand while milling the others. The descend clause allows you to choose one or more modes if you have eight or more permanent cards in your graveyard, turning it into a flexible multi-mode answer.
