Tarrian's Journal // The Tomb of Aclazotz is a legendary artifact that transforms into a legendary Cave land from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan. As the artifact, it can tap and sacrifice another artifact or creature to draw a card and has a transform activation that discards your hand to flip into the land. As the land, it taps for black mana and grants a one-time permission each activation to cast a creature spell from your graveyard that will enter with a finality counter and become a Vampire in addition to its other types.
