It creates Treasure tokens whenever one or more Dinosaurs you control attack and can produce a 3/1 red Dinosaur token whenever you cast an artifact spell, the latter triggering only once per turn. The artifact-triggered ability resolves before the spell that caused it, creating the token even if that spell is later countered.
