Oteclan Landmark // Oteclan Levitator (LCI-29) is a common transforming artifact from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan with a front artifact face and a back artifact creature face. The front lets you scry 2 when it enters and has a craft cost that exiles it and another artifact or graveyard artifact to transform it; the back is a 1/4 flying artifact Golem that can grant flying to another attacking nonflying creature. As a cheap one-mana artifact that can become a defensive flying creature, it provides early card selection and a late threat or evasion enabler in white artifact decks.
