The front side gives a creature you attack with alone deathtouch and lifelink and gains a dread counter each time it triggers, transforming the card after three dread counters. The back side taps for black and has an activated ability to draw a card at the cost of black mana, tapping, removing a dread counter, and losing 1 life.
