It prevents up to three target creatures from blocking this turn and then has you discover 4, exiling cards until you reveal a nonland card with mana value 4 or less which you may cast without paying its mana cost or put into your hand. The card serves both as a tempo play by clearing attackers' paths and as card advantage/value generation by potentially casting a free low-cost spell.
