It prevents up to three target creatures from blocking this turn and has Discover 4, letting you exile cards from your library until you find a nonland card with mana value 4 or less to cast for free or put into your hand. The spell can be cast without targets solely to perform the discover effect, but if all chosen targets are illegal on resolution the entire spell won’t resolve.
