Chimil, the Inner Sun (LCI-249) is a legendary artifact from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan. While on the battlefield, spells you control can't be countered and at the beginning of your end step you discover 5, allowing you to exile cards until you find a nonland card with mana value 5 or less which you may cast without paying its mana cost or put into your hand. The card functions as a late-game engine that protects your spells and provides repeated card advantage and potential free casts for low-to-mid mana value spells.
