Queen's Bay Paladin (PLCI 115 prerelease stamp) is a rare Vampire Knight creature from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Promos. When it enters or attacks, it returns up to one target Vampire card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter and causes you to lose life equal to that card's mana value. The finality counter causes that permanent to be exiled if it would die from the battlefield, providing a temporary recursion effect that can recur noncreature permanents as well.
