Xolatoyac, the Smiling Flood (LCC-34 foil) is a legendary creature — Salamander Serpent from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander. Whenever it enters or attacks it puts a flood counter on a land, making that land an Island in addition to its other types while the counter remains. At your end step it untaps each permanent you control that has a counter, enabling repeatable tempo and resource reuse across lands and other permanents.
