Description

Xavier Sal, Infested Captain (LCC-14 foil) is a legendary creature (Human Fungus Pirate) from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander. It can tap and remove a counter from another permanent to populate, creating a copy of a creature token you control, and it can tap and sacrifice another creature to proliferate, adding counters to chosen permanents and/or players. These abilities support token- and counter-focused decks by producing additional creature tokens and increasing existing counters across the battlefield.
