Ore-Rich Stalactite // Cosmium Catalyst (LCC-23 foil) is a double-faced artifact from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander that can be crafted to transform. The front taps for red mana that may only be spent to cast instants or sorceries and has a Craft cost requiring exiling four or more red instant/sorcery cards and paying {3}{R}{R}. The back, Cosmium Catalyst, can tap with a small cost to randomly choose an exiled card used to craft it and let you cast that card without paying its mana cost.
