Ore-Rich Stalactite // Cosmium Catalyst (LCC-11) is a red artifact from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander that transforms via the Craft mechanic. The front taps for red mana that can only be spent on instants or sorceries and can be exiled with four or more red instant/sorcery cards to transform. The back, Cosmium Catalyst, can tap and exile a randomly chosen card used to craft it and allow you to cast that exiled card without paying its mana cost.
