Eye of Ojer Taq // Apex Observatory (LCC-35 foil) is a double-faced artifact from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander that enters as Eye of Ojer Taq and can transform into Apex Observatory via its Craft ability. As the front face it taps to add one mana of any color and can be crafted by exiling two cards that share a card type to return it transformed. The back face enters tapped, requires choosing a shared card type used to craft it, and can tap to let the next spell you cast of that chosen type be cast without paying its mana cost.
