Don Andres, the Renegade (LCC-28 foil) is a legendary creature — Vampire Pirate from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Commander. He gives each creature you control that you don't own +2/+2, menace and deathtouch and makes them Pirates in addition to their other types, and whenever you cast a noncreature spell you don't own you create two tapped Treasure tokens. As a four-mana, 4/3 legendary with a Treasure-generating trigger and a buff that targets creatures you control but don't own, he is built to support politically-oriented multiplayer or Commander decks that emphasize shared control and artifact ramp.
