Description

When it enters the battlefield it mills four cards and it can return a Pirate creature from your graveyard to the battlefield at the beginning of combat on your turn with a finality counter, making it a 4/4 with haste that will be exiled if it would die. Its abilities support graveyard recursion and aggressive combat timing for pirate-themed or Grixis decks.
