The Watcher in the Water (LTR-734) is a Legendary Creature — Kraken with 9 power and 9 toughness. It enters tapped with nine stun counters and creates 1/1 blue Tentacle creature tokens whenever you draw a card during an opponent's turn. When a Tentacle you control dies, you can untap up to one target Kraken and put a stun counter on up to one target nonland permanent, enabling token-sacrifice synergies and repeatable Kraken interactions.
