Description

Sméagol, Helpful Guide (LTR 822) is a legendary creature card from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth that combines black and green. At the beginning of your end step, if a creature died under your control this turn, the Ring tempts you, and whenever the Ring tempts you you force an opponent to reveal cards from their library until they reveal a land, putting that land onto the battlefield tapped under your control and the rest into their graveyard. The card creates lasting game effects by granting and growing an emblem called The Ring and by repeatedly choosing a Ring-bearer, which can enable additional synergies and triggers over the course of the game.
