She grants deathtouch and ward {2} and gives other Spiders you control deathtouch and ward {2}, and creates Food artifact tokens that copy creatures that died after being dealt damage by your Spiders. Those tokens are Foods with an activated ability to pay {2}, tap, and sacrifice for 3 life, and they lose all other card types so they normally can't attack or block.
