Saruman of Many Colors (LTR-674) is a legendary creature Avatar Wizard from the Tales of Middle-earth expansion. It has Ward that requires discarding an enchantment, instant, or sorcery, and a triggered ability that mills each opponent when you cast your second spell each turn and can exile and copy an exiled enchantment, instant, or sorcery from an opponent’s graveyard to cast the copy for free. The card supports graveyard interaction and spell-copy strategies by letting you repeatedly cast copies of milled noncreature spells when the trigger conditions are met.
