Rise of the Witch-king (LTR 672, Uncommon) is a sorcery from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth printed in black and green. When it resolves, each player sacrifices a creature and, if you sacrificed a creature, you may return a different permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield. The card supports graveyard recursion while simultaneously clearing creatures from the board, enabling midgame swings or enabling sacrifice synergies.
