Rise of the Witch-king (LTR 221) is a black-green sorcery from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. It makes each player sacrifice a creature, then lets you return another permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield if you sacrificed one. The simultaneous sacrifice can be used to trigger sacrifice synergies or to recur a key permanent for a tempo swing.
