Palantír of Orthanc (LTR 792, Mythic) is a legendary artifact from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. At the beginning of your end step it gains an influence counter and lets you scry 2, then a targeted opponent may allow you to draw or instead cause you to mill cards equal to the number of influence counters and lose life equal to those cards' total mana value. Its ongoing counter growth creates escalating mill and life-loss effects that can pressure opponents or synergize with graveyard strategies.
