Description

Palantír of Orthanc (LTR-749 serialized foil) is a legendary artifact from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. At each of your end steps it gains an influence counter and lets you scry 2, then a targeted opponent may let you draw or refuse and cause you to mill X cards and make that player lose life equal to their total mana value. The card creates a recurring tradeoff that can fuel graveyard strategies while pressuring opponents through milling and life loss.
