Description

Palantír of Orthanc is a legendary artifact (card 698, mythic) from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. At each of your end steps it gains an influence counter and lets you scry 2, then a targeted opponent may let you draw or instead cause you to mill cards equal to the number of influence counters and lose life equal to the total mana value milled. The card creates an escalating mill and life-loss effect while also offering potential card draw if opponents choose that option.
