Description

Palantír of Orthanc (LTR-698) is a legendary artifact from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. At each of your end steps it gains an influence counter and lets you scry 2, after which a targeted opponent may allow you to draw or else causes you to mill cards equal to the influence counters and lose life equal to their total mana value. The card creates a recurring tradeoff that can fuel graveyard strategies while pressuring opponents to make card-choice decisions.
