Palantír of Orthanc (LTR 381) is a legendary artifact from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. At the beginning of your end step it gains an influence counter and you scry 2, then a targeted opponent may let you draw or instead cause you to mill X cards and lose life equal to their total mana value, where X is the number of influence counters on it. The card grows its milling impact over time as more influence counters accumulate, creating escalating risk and reward interactions with the named opponent.
