Nazgûl (LTR-336) is a black Creature — Wraith Knight from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth expansion. It has deathtouch and an enters-the-battlefield trigger that causes the Ring to tempt you, and each time the Ring tempts you it puts a +1/+1 counter on each Wraith you control. The card’s final ability lets a deck include up to nine copies of Nazgûl, overriding the usual four-of rule but not format legality.
