Legolas, Master Archer (LTR-435) is a legendary Elf Archer creature from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth set. He has Reach and two triggered abilities that put +1/+1 counters on him when you cast a spell targeting him and deal damage equal to a targeted enemy creature's power when you cast a spell that targets an opponent's creature. These triggered abilities can both trigger from a single spell that targets Legolas and an opponent's creature, and they resolve before the spell that caused them to trigger.
