Description

King of the Oathbreakers (LTR-662) is a legendary Spirit Noble creature from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth and is printed as a foil rare. It has flying and a protective phasing trigger that causes it or any other Spirit you control targeted by a spell to phase out, and when those Spirits phase in you create tapped 1/1 white Spirit tokens with flying. Its role is defensive and tempo-oriented, protecting your Spirits from targeted removal while generating chump blockers or incremental board presence when they return.
