Description

Gandalf the Grey (LTR-207) is a legendary Creature — Avatar Wizard from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery, its triggered ability lets you pick a previously unused mode to tap/untap a permanent, deal 3 damage to each opponent, copy an instant or sorcery you control, or put Gandalf on top of its owner's library. Its modes are tracked per object and persist until the card leaves the battlefield, enabling recurring utility or a finisher depending on which modes remain available.
