Description

Frodo, Sauron's Bane (LTR 469, Rare) is a legendary Halfling Citizen creature from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. It has two activated transformations: paying hybrid white/black twice makes it a 2/3 Halfling Scout with lifelink, and paying BBB when it's a Scout makes it a Halfling Rogue that advances the Ring tempts mechanic and can win the game by dealing combat damage after enough temptations. The card interacts with a unique Ring emblem and Ring-bearer rules, granting persistent characteristic changes and triggering emblem and choice effects that persist until changed or the card leaves the battlefield.
