Description

Frodo, Sauron's Bane (LTR-18 foil) is a legendary creature — Halfling Citizen from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. It has two activated transformations keyed to its creature types: for {W/B}{W/B} it becomes a 2/3 Halfling Scout with lifelink, and for {B}{B}{B} it becomes a Halfling Rogue that advances the Ring’s tempt counter and can eventually make an opponent lose the game. The card interacts with an emblem called The Ring and with choosing a Ring-bearer, creating a persistent game-state effect while it remains on the battlefield.
