Fall of Cair Andros (LTR-359) is a red enchantment from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth that grants an amass Orcs ability. Whenever an opponent's creature takes excess noncombat damage you amass Orcs equal to that excess, creating or adding counters to an Army and making it an Orc if needed. For a heavier effect, you can pay {7}{R} to deal 7 damage to target creature, providing both incremental token growth and a removal option.
