Description

Elrond, Lord of Rivendell (LTR 799, foil) is a legendary creature Elf Noble from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. Whenever Elrond or another creature you control enters the battlefield you scry 1, and the second time that ability resolves in a turn causes the Ring to tempt you. The Ring-tempts sequence can grant an emblem named The Ring and designate a creature as your Ring-bearer, creating ongoing game effects and interactions.
