Description

Elrond, Lord of Rivendell (LTR-49 foil) is a legendary Elf Noble creature from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. Whenever Elrond or another creature you control enters the battlefield, you scry 1 and if that is the second time this ability has resolved that turn, the Ring tempts you. The Ring-tempting effect creates an emblem named The Ring that can gain abilities and designates a Ring-bearer, producing ongoing game effects as described in the card’s rulings.
