During your turn the equipped creature has hexproof and can't be blocked, and whenever that creature attacks alone you draw a card and lose 1 life. It has two equip costs—Equip Halfling for {1} and a generic Equip for {4}—letting it be restricted to Halflings cheaply or attached to any creature for a higher cost.
